Corinthians star Paulinho has revealed that he is keen to make the move to Serie A this summer and has invited Inter Milan to make an offer for him.
The 24-year-old has long been linked with a move away from his native Brazil, with the likes of Chelsea and Shakhtar Donetsk also interested in his services.
Both Corinthians and Paulinho have played down speculation in the past but the Brazil international has now revealed his desire to move to the San Siro, as reported on Goal.com.
He told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "Inter are a club well known all over the world. This is where Ronaldo and players such as Julio Cesar, Lucio and Maicon played. Who would not want to wear the Inter jersey?
"It's not a problem that they didn't win any trophies. They will be gunning for revenge. We are talking about a club that won it all just a few years ago.
"If Inter want me they will have to make a good offer for me. I'm feeling good in Brazil and I'm happy at Corinthians. The conditions will have to be right if I were to leave."
Paulinho’s buyout clause is estimated to be in the region of €20 million, with the midfielder’s contract not due to expire until 2015.
